Instructions

Step 1
Dice all the vegetables and fry in two tablespoons of garlic oil
Step 2
Add the beef and the sweetcorn and fry for a further 2 minutes
Step 3
Mashup the banana in the bamix mix with the whole tin of coconut milk
Step 4
Add the mashed banana, coconut milk tomato puree and spices to the pan and simmer slowly
Step 5
Cook the rice as per packet instructions
Step 6
Serve and enjoy.
