Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl

Dip chicken in batter, then fry the chicken

On a separate pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil and fry the bell peppers
cooking oil
red bell peppers1 cup
green bell peppers1 cup

Add sweet and sour sauce

Add cooked chicken pieces and stir fry
