Instructions
Step 1
The night before you want to bake the bread mix the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover tight with plastic wrap and let sit on the counter for 10-16 hours.
Step 2
The next day approximately 45 minutes before you put bread in the oven put dough on a large piece of parchment paper. Mold it into a ball and try not to play with it too much.
Step 3
When you are ready to bake the bread put your Dutch oven in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees. When the Dutch oven is heated up put the dough into the Dutch oven and put the lid on.
Step 4
Cook for 30 minutes with the lid on. Then take the lid off and cook for 15 more minutes. Take out of the oven and pull the parchment paper with bread out of the Dutch oven and put it on a cooling rack.
