Sticky Ginger Beef with Sesame Noodles

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil over high heat
Add the beef mince and cook for 3mins, breaking it up as you go
Step 2
Add the noodles to a large bowl, cover with boiled water until submerged and stir until they separate.
Set aside to soak for 4mins or until the noodles have softened
Step 3
Slice the red chillies finely.
Trim then slice the spring onion
Step 4
Add half the spring onion to the pan with the mangetout and the ginger paste and cook for 2mins further or until the beef has started to brown
Step 5
Once the beef has browned, add the soy sauce, chilli jam and rice vinegar to the pan and cook for 2mins further or until sticky
Step 6
Drain the softened noodles and return to the bowl.
Season with a pinch of salt and stir through the toasted sesame oil
Step 7
Serve the sticky ginger beef over the sesame noodles and garnish with the sliced red chilli and the reserved sliced spring onion
