Step 1
Wash the potatoes and cook them until soft in salt water, around 15 minutes. Let them cool off completely. Slice the onions and the radishes thinly. Mix together creme fraiche, mayonnaise, vinegar and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and lemon. Throw in the chopped dill and green onions (leave some for the steaks). Refrigerate until it’s time to serve. Mix together the ground mince and salt. Chop the onion. Mix together the onion, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, green onion and pepper. Form them until small steaks and fry in butter or oil on medium heat, around one minute per side. Turn down the heat to low and fry further around 4 minutes on each side. Serve with the potato salad.
