Instructions

Step 1
Make a slit at the back of the prawns. Dry prawns with a towel and marinate with seasoning for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2
Dip seasoned prawns in combined breadcrumbs and rice flour mixture.

Heat oil in a wok until hot. Deep-fry prawns until golden and crispy.
