Healthy Turkey Tacos 🌮

5 steps
Prep:40minCook:10min
Perfect for anyone in the mood for tacos, but don’t want the red meat involved. Turkey has a lot of great health benefits as it contains a fair amount of zinc, vitamin b6, and amino acids. It’s also an amazing source of protein. The vegetables also add to the dish giving it a lot more crunch aside from the shells. This recipe is also great for beginners, and it has lots of room for personalization.

Instructions

Step 1
Put pan on medium high, coat with olive oil, and add in your Turkey.
Step 2
Coat Turkey in the taco seasoning packet and add in any extra seasoning if you wish. I suggest a pinch of salt and pepper, but it’s up to you.
Step 3
After the Turkey is about halfway cooked, cut up all your vegetables (excluding the tomato) and add them to the pan.
Step 4
When the meat is finished cooking and the vegetables are tender, turn off the heat and begin dressing your tacos. The order should be: meat, cheese of choice, lettuce, and then tomatoes last.
Step 5
Top with sour cream and you’re good to go :)
