Instructions
Step 1
Cook frozen mixed vegetables in a fry pan

Step 2
Add in beaten eggs and mix together as egg cooks

Step 3
Cook rice according to package instructions and add to pan

Step 4
Stir through soy sauce

Step 5
Remove from heat and add sesame oil

Step 6
To make sauce: combine honey, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and tomato sauce in a bowl

To prepare chicken: add garlic powder, onion powder, and cornflour with diced chicken in a large bowl and mix until chicken is coated




Step 8
Re-heat pan and add oil. Cook coated chicken until golden brown

Step 9
Pour in sauce and cornflour mixed with water. Stir together.

Step 10
Once hot and slightly thickened, remove from heat. Serve with fried rice
