Instructions
Step 1
Mix together Rotel tomatoes, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Step 2
Place chicken in slow cooker and cover with tomato mixture.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Shred chicken.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 6
Arrange chips on the bottom of a large baking sheet.
Step 7
Spoon chicken mixture over tortilla chips; top with cheese.
Step 8
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 9
Add desired toppings to serve.
