Instructions

Step 1
Cut the sweet potatoes and cauliflower into bite size pieces and bake them with some minced garlic and olive oil at 375 for 30 minutes. Add juice of half a lemon and 2 tbsp of olive oil to your bowl of kale. Massage those into the kale and set it aside for a few minutes. Then add your quinoa and veggies to a bowl with some dressing and ENJOY!
