Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl whisk together your eggs, hot sauce, mustard, seafood seasoning .
Step 2
Next add your fish and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a separate bowl add your mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, pickle juice, and ketchup then whisk to well combined.
Step 4
Place your sauce in the fridge and prepare other toppings of your choice such as tomatoes and lettuce.
Step 5
Take your fish out the fridge and coat in some of your favorite fish fry.
Step 6
Fry on oil on 350 for about 10 minutes in total depending on the size of your catfish.
Step 7
Place the fish on a wire rack and let it cool.
Step 8
Once cooled slice a hoagie roll and add your sauce to both sides of the open bread. Then add your toppings and fish then enjoy!
