Step 1
Preheat oven to 350f degrees.

Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (including mix ins if you desire one) and form into a ball. Poke a hole through the middle (1-2 inch diameter) of the ball to form a bagel shape.
Step 3
(Optional) boil the bagel in water for 30 seconds before transferring onto rack.

Add a topping if wanted
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Step 6
After 20 minutes of baking, raise temperature to 375f and bake for 10-20 more minutes.
