Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180?C.
Step 2
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the oats, baking soda, salt and seeds together.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs together in a small bowl.
Step 5
Add the eggs, yoghurt and honey to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Step 6
Pour the mix into the loaf tin.
Step 7
Place in the oven for 65 minutes.
Step 8
Carefully remove the bread from the tin, set aside and allow to cool.
