For the Spicy Tuna
1can tuna
or 5oz of fresh
½ teaspoonrice vinegar
1 tablespoonsriracha sauce
1 ½ tablespoonmayonnaise
soy sauce
For the Onigori
Instructions
Step 1
Place some rice into the bottom of your preferred rice mold, to about halfway full. (If you prefer, you can mold the rice with your hands rather than a mold
Step 2
Make a small indention in the middle of the rice and fill it with a small amount of the spicy tuna and some avocado
Step 3
Finish filling the mold with rice and close it tight. A helpful tip is to stick the mold in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes before taking the rice out, to help the rice hold the shape better
Step 4
If you are adding Sushi Nori, add it to the mold however you please. I cut mine into strips and wrap them around or partially around the molded rice
