Ingredients

5 cartonschicken stock

Bushel

2 circlessalt
2 circlespepper
3onion powder
circles, little heavier handed
2 circlesaccent
2 circlesgarlic powder
1 circlemarjoram
very strong, go light and then if it’s missing something add more
1 circlepoultry seasoning

1.5 circlesmeat tenderizer
very salty so be careful
dried parsley
Little bit
rosemary

1.5 circlewhite wine

Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken stock to a large stock pot and turn heat in high
Step 2
Peel carrots and chop the ends off
Step 3
Rinse and chop the ends off of celery
Step 4
Cut ends off onions, peel skin, and cut in half
Step 5
Add carrots, celery, onions, and all the chicken pieces to the pot
Step 6
If the broth is lower, add water until there is about 2 ½ inches from the lip of the pot
Step 7
Add the remaining ingredients and and stir
Step 8
Put lid on the pot, when it begins to boil lower heat slightly
Step 9
Stir occasionally
Step 10
Add adjustments as needed
Step 11
Strain soup from ingredients
