Crazy delicious Easter Puff Cone✨
I used Stainless Steel Cone Tubular Shaped Mold but you can use aluminium foil too if you don't have them.

Ingredients
7 servings
1sheet puff pastry
3eggs
hard-boiled, grated
100gstilton cheese
2 Tbspyoghurt
1 bunchchives
small, chopped
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
olive oil
for greasing
sesame seeds
For the egg wash:
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C (fan)
Step 2
Unfold the puff pastry and cut 14 strips (each about 1 inch wide)
Step 3
If use Stainless Steel Cone Tubular Shaped Molds, brush them with oil.
Step 4
If using aluminium foil, take a piece approximately 30x30cm.
Step 5
Fold it in half.
Step 6
Then again in half.
Step 7
Then fold in half diagonally again to get a triangle.
Step 8
Wrap the edges to get a cone and brush it with oil.
Step 9
Wrap each cone with a strip of puff pastry.
Step 10
Transfer the cones to the baking tray lined with parchment and brush them with egg wash(simply combine egg yolk with milk).
Step 11
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 12
For the filling, finely grate the eggs. Add them to the bowl followed by crumbled Stilton cheese, yoghurt and chopped chives(save some chopped chives for garnish). Add salt and pepper and use a fork to mash until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the piping bag or zip lock bag.
Step 13
When cones are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Step 14
Fill cones with egg mixture and dip into the chopped chives.
