Instructions

Step 1
Whisk egg yolks, milk, vanilla till the mixture is frothy. Add dry and mix well.
Step 2
Whisk egg whites until start become white. Gradually add sugar and keep whisking till the peaks are almost stiff.
Step 3
Add 1/3 of egg whites to liquid base and mix. Add about 1/2 of remaining egg whites and gently mix into liquid mixture. Add remaining egg whites and gently fold into mixture to retain air.
Step 4
Grease frying pan and turn heat to low medium.
Step 5
Add about 2 drops of mixture for each pancake. Then cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add 1 more drop of mixture, cover, cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 7
Flip pancakes over carefully and cook for additional 4-5 minutes.
Step 8
Take out of pan and eat!!
