Step 1
Prepare a big bowl. Cut tofu in 2x2 cms cubes. Slice the zucchini, cut the bell pepper in chunks.

Step 2
Cut the onion and the yellow bell pepper in quarters. Add all the ingredients for the marinate together and blend them. Try it and add spices, if needed. It should be spicy.

Step 3
Cover the tofu and the veggies with the marinate. Put it in the fridge for minimum 1 hour and up to 24h.
