Peanut Satay Sauce

4 TbspPeanut Butter

2 TbspTamari

2 TbspWine Vinegar

2 TbspWater

1 TbspRice Malt Syrup

2 Heaped TspYellow Curry Paste

0.5 TspGarlic Powder

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all peanut satay sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2
Press tofu to drain excess liquid and dice into cubes. Assemble skewers with 4 tofu pieces per skewer.
Step 3
Pour 1/2 of the peanut satay sauce over the skewers and marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Reserve the other 1/2 of the sauce for serving.
Step 4
Heat a grill or pan until hot. Place the skewers on top and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or once the tofu is golden.
Step 5
Serve the skewers with the left over satay sauce and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
