This is hands down the BEST Chicken & Potato Bake you’ll ever try! It’s a Lebanese version that’s cooked in a Garlic & Lemon basting… the flavours are out of this world! 😫🤤
Tender, juicy, fall off the bone Chicken with soft, fluffy Potatoes that are seasoned to perfection….. I can talk about how DELICIOUS this dish is for daysssss, but I’ll let it do the rest of the talking 😉

Ingredients

1kgchicken wings
1kgchicken drumettes
3 ½ tspSalt
2 tspblack pepper
3 tspSweet Paprika
2 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 ½ tspOregano
⅓ cupfresh lemon juice
⅓ cupolive oil
Potatoes
8potatoes
2 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220° Celsius.
Step 2

Place the Chicken in a bowl and season with the ingredients listed, then give them a really good mix to ensure they’re evenly seasoned.
Step 3

Wash and slice the potatoes evenly and place them in the baking pan, then season with the ingredients listed and give them a good mix.
Step 4

Place them in Oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 5

Prepare the Basting by crushing 1 head of Garlic, then add the Lemon and Oil and give them a good mix.
Step 6

Remove the pan from the oven and evenly spread half the basting all over the Chicken, flip them and add the other half.
Step 7

Return to the oven and cook for a further 35 minutes or until golden.
