SPICY SALMON RICE BOWLS✨ follow for more recipes! welcome to my new spring series where I’m showing you some of my favorite simple & easy recipes to make for dinner! starting it off with this spicy salmon rice bowl - different than the viral one, yes! how so? I like to cube and cook my salmon in the airfryer! this is my favorite way to eat it. also, obsessed with my mini rice cooker that I got from - it’s under $50 and you can shop it using the link in my bio! find the recipe below, enjoy xx Spicy Salmon Rice Bowls Serves 2 Ingredients 8 oz salmon 1 cup rice 1 avocado, sliced 1/4 cup scallions, chopped 1/3 cucumber, sliced 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 bunch cilantro 2 tbsp sesame seeds Salt & pepper Spicy Mayo 1/2 mayo 1/4 cup sriracha Directions 1. Cook rice in rice cooker. Make sure to wash it 3-4 times before until water is clear. 2. remove skin from salmon and slice into cubes. Add to a baking dish or bowl. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice wine vinegar and chili flakes in a small bowl. Mix together. Season salmon with salt and pepper and add sauce overtop. Cover with sling wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes. 3. Remove salmon from fridge. Spray airfryer with avocado oil spray and add salmon. Cook at 400F for 10-12 minutes until salmon is cooked and browned. Remove from airfryer. 4. Once rice is cooked, add to a bowl and plate. Top with salmon bites, sliced avocado + cucumbers. Finish with sesame seeds, scallions and spicy mayo. Combine cilantro and scallions with soy sauce and drizzle overtop of the salmon. Serve immediately and enjoy!

1. Cook rice in rice cooker. Make sure to wash it 3-4 times before until water is clear.
