Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Cut chicken into bite size pieces; set aside. Stir together the chicken broth and cornstarch; set aside Bring a large pot of salted water to boiling. Add Frozen pepper mixture and pasta. Return to boiling; cook 2 minutes or until pasta is just tender. Drain and return mixture to saucepan. Add one teaspoon of olive oil, tossing to coat. Keep pasta warm. Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat remaining olive oil over medium high heat. Add chicken, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Push chicken to sides of skillet. Stir cornstarch mixture; add to center of skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir all ingredients to coat with sauce. Add chicken mixture to cook pasta mixture add tomatoes and basil toss to mix. Serve with curls of Romano cheese. Makes four main dish servings.
