Instructions
Step 1
Mix the eggs with all ingredients except butter

Slightly oil the pan. With oil or butter.

Crack and whisk the eggs.

Pour eggs into hot pan

As the eggs is cooking, pull the cooked parts of the egg towards the opposite side using a spatula. Cooked egg goes it, liquid egg goes out.
