The Kings “Favourite” Sandwich

From my viral tiktok, its just a random sandwich I made up and in no way is enjoyed by the king

Step 1

Blanch the normal garlic gloves for like 4 minutes as well

Step 2

Blitz or grind up all the garlic, place into a bowl with the egg yolk, salt and vinegar

Step 3

Whisk in the oil, adding slowly until a thick mayonnaise forms

Step 4

Butterfly the chicken breast, cover with spices and some oil, fry until done, clean pan the fry bacon

Step 5

Toast the bread, while toasting, prep your avocado, tomato and lettuce

Step 6

Assemble the sandwich, garlic mayo on both sides. Chicken, Bacon, Avocado, Tomato, Lettuce
