Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl whisk together the egg, yogurt and sweetener
Step 2
Take the bread slices and push down the centre to create space for the mixture
Step 3
Divide the custard mixture between two bread slices
Step 4
Top with fruit of choice (i microwaved some frozen blueberries untill soften)
Step 5
Optional : you can sprinkle over some sweetener
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 mins or until the custard has firmed
