Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesean cheese, eggs, water, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, & seasonings of choice.
Step 2
Use hands to mix in beef & roll into golf ball size balls
Step 3
Using a large, deep, pan, saute meatballs in olive oil. Turn frequently to brown all sides. Cook until internal temp reaches 150°
Step 4
Remove meatballs from pan and add onions and mushrooms. Add red wine or 1 tblsp vinegar to deglaze pan. Use wooden spoon to scrape beef bits and pieces from bottom of pan. Mix in marinara sauce
Step 5
Add meatballs back to pan. Simmer for 1 hour
