Lemon Garlic Chicken Linguine

Instructions

Step 1
Saute 3 small chicken breasts.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Remove from pan.
Step 4
Saute 1 clove of garlic, 1 bag of spinach leaves, 1 1/2 cups of marscapone, 1 lemon zest, 1 lemon juice, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, and a handful of basil leaves.
Step 5
Add chicken and cooked linguine noodles.
Step 6
Add 1/4 cup pasta water.
