1 poundground beef
1 lbground Italian sausage
mild or hot and either are delicious
1 x 14 ozcan diced fire roasted garlic tomatoes
1 x 14 ozcan diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
1 x 14 ozcan diced tomatoes in Basil and oregano
2 x 29 ozcans tomato sauce
1 x 12 ozcan tomato paste
1 x 6 ozcan tomato paste
1onion
medium to Large, chopped in ninja blender
2bell peppers
chopped in ninja blender
6garlic cloves
minced in ninja blender
1celery stalk
minced in ninja blender
1 teaspoonfresh parsley
chopped
1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
4 teaspoonsoregano
4 teaspoonsdried basil
1bay leaves
½ teaspoonblack pepper
⅛ teaspoonwhite pepper
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonbrown sugar

Instructions
Step 1
We brown our meat first, then drain. (To preserve all the flavors of the vegetables)
Step 2
Pre-sauté your garlic and onions in order to bring out their true beautiful flavors. In a separate Dutch oven pot, add olive oil and bring to temp. add garlic, cook until fragrant. cook until slightly soft and transparent.
Step 3
Add green peppers, cook until slightly soft.
Step 4
Next add the cooked meat and the rest of the ingredients. Cook for at least 1 hour, stir and taste every 30 mins.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Instead of adding the tomato paste and tomato sauce to my ground beef, I instead cooked it separately. My husband and the kids loved it!!
