Step 1
Preheat oven to 160C (fan 140C/gas mark 3).
Step 2
Place beef strops and cornflour into a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Add grated ginger, grated garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, sweetener, trimmed and sliced pring onions, water and gratef carrot to the beef. Mix well.
Step 4
Transfer to ovenproof dish, cover with foil and cook in oven for 2.5-3hrs until meat is tender and sauce is thick and glossy.
Step 5
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds, sliced red chilli and coriander leaves
