Pickling is a super-easy way to add some oomph to your meals. Here, spicy-sweet pickles are scattered over a pizza smothered in a creamy sriracha hummus and loaded with vegetables. If you don't have fresh bell peppers or broccoli, no problem—frozen vegetables will work, too.

¼ cupbrown rice vinegar
2 teaspoonspure maple syrup
½ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
1cucumber
thinly sliced
½ cupcarrots
shredded

Get Ready
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Make Pickles
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine brown rice vinegar, maple syrup, and pepper flakes. Stir in cucumbers and carrots. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve pizza.
Prepare Sriracha Hummus
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine hummus and sriracha.
Prepare the Pizza
Step 4
Place pizza crust in pizza pans or baking sheets. Spread crust with sriracha hummus. Top with broccoli and red bell peppers.
Bake Pizza

Bake pizza until crust is lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve
Step 6
Drain pickled vegetables and scatter over pizza. Sprinkle with cilantro.
