Instructions
Step 1
Step 1 Put the chickpea flour, protein powder and chilli flakes into a bowl with the egg and milk then whisk together.
Step 2
Stir in the courgette, peas and cheeses then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Step 2 Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan then drop in spoonfuls of the batter.
Step 4
Fry gently for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for a further 2 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate and serve.
