Instructions
Step 1
Wash berries and leave on stalk if not removed
Step 2
Use none metal pan. Add berries and water. Heat on medium heat for 20mins. Mash berries half way through
Step 3
Drain berries and liquid over night through muslin/ jelly bag/ cheese cloth. do not squeeze as makes jelly cloudy
Step 4
Pour juice into none metallic pot. Add same amount of sugar as liquid.
Step 5
Bring to boil and stir constantly to dissolve sugar. When at 105C turn off hear.
Step 6
Bottle jelly
