Instructions

Step 1
Wash bean sprouts, mint leaves and Shiso leaves to set aside
Step 2
Cut carrots and shred lettuce.
Step 3
Peel cooked prawns and set aside.
Step 4
Deseed the avocado and slice them thinly.
Step 5
Prepare rice paper per packet instructions one at a time
Step 6
Place the rice paper on dump kitchen cloth.
Step 7
Place the fillings on the centre of the rice paper and fold the both side in and roll.
Step 8
Repeat same for other three.
Step 9
Serve with sweet chilli sauce
