Step 1
Season the tofu with the tamari, Fysh sauce and maple syrup then fry in a pan until crispy
Step 2
Run the rice paper sheets under water for 5 seconds and then lay out flat as seen in the video, make sure theres no gap in the middle
Step 3
Add all of your fillings and roll up
Step 4
Dip in hoisin sauce and enjoy!
