Healthy eating should be more fun! I tried to make Vietnam spring roll little fancier💛 Use any vegetables and protein you like and just add edible flower to decorate :)

Step 1

You can use any vegetables and protein you like!
Step 2

Cut vegetables so it can fit in a spring roll.
Step 3

Thinly slice cucumber by using slicer.

Step 4

For flavor and protein intakes, I recommend tofu noodle for your topping! This is my fav🤍 If you can’t find this, use regular tofu.

Step 5

Get the edible flowers to decorate🌺🌼✨
Step 6

I cooked some shrimp and seasoned them with pepper & salt.
Step 7

Add some sliced lemon in warm water for soaking/dipping rice paper.
Step 8

Face down the flowers and add cucumber on top. (so the flowers can be shown more clear.)
Step 9

Add everything else.

Step 10

Roll and wrap! All done🫶🏻
Step 11

Serve with some hot auce or chili sauce. Enjoy ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
