Step 1
Slice the steak into thin strips and add to a large bowl, then toss with the spice mixture

Turn Instant Pot to saute mode and add the oilBrown the steak for 1-2 minutes and then hit cancelAdd in the rest of the ingredients (bell peppers, jalaepeno, red onion, garlic, beef broth and tomato paste) stir to combineSecure the lid and seal the steam valve. Set to high pressure cook for 7 minutes
