Instructions
Step 1
First off let’s make the tzatziki. You are going to grate the cucumber with the peel on. When you’re done grating the entire cucumber you are going to drain all the extra juice. You can do this by squeezing it with your hands. Leave this to the side and put all of the yoghurt in a bowl (I like my tzatziki chunky add more or less yoghurt depending on your own taste). Now press your garlic first add one clove, add some more if you are in to that. Now ad the grated cucumber to the yoghurt with some lemon juice and salt to taste and add some olive oil on top.
You’re home made tzatziki is done set in the fridge to cool!

Step 2
Now we are gonna make the first layer of the kapsalon.
In the Netherlands you can buy a packet of frozen Potato wedges. I will be using these. You can also use fries of make the Potato wedges yourself. I fry the potato wedges in a pan with some salt, aromat (seasoning), pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3
Time for the gyros! The packet of gyros I always buy is pre-seasoned. So the only thing you have to do is warm it in a pan till it’s done. (Takes about 10 minutes)
