Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes till tender in salted water(you can add carrot, leek)
Step 2
Fry diced onions in butter till golden
Step 3
Drain potatoes and save the water
Step 4
Add salt and pepper and mash potatoes in pot to a lumpy consistency; add friend onions, cooked carrots leek; gradually add the potato water until desired thickness of soup and simmer
