Instructions

Step 1
Pure water into a saucepan, add the lentils, once boiling, cook for 10 minutes with lid on.
Step 2
Add rice, spices, and dill. Cook for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Step 3
Remove the lid and quickly add garlic and olive oil. Mix well, close the lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with chilled green tahini.
