Spicy Korean Pork Tacos

Slow braised Korean/Mexican style pork Tacos.

Instructions

Step 1
Cube up 5 lbs of boneless pork shoulder and season with salt and pepper
Step 2
In a blender add in the onion, garlic, Korean chili, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and chipotle peppers/adobo sauce. Blend til smooth
Step 3
Pour marinade over pork and mix til coated. Cover and marinade over night or at least 4-6 hours
Step 4
After it's marinated, preheat oven to 300°F and add into a baking dish and cover with foil.

Cook covered for 2-3 hours or until nice and tender
Step 6
Take out pork and chop it up
Step 7
Extra step if you want you can crisp it up in a pan or under the broiler
Step 8
Heat up tortillas (always double layer)
Step 9
Add pork on tortillas and top with cilantro, onion and your favorite salsa
Step 10
Dig in.
