Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium heat cook mushrooms on one side until golden about 8 mins

Add garlic, scallions and butter then flip
Step 3
Season with salt and sherry vinegar
Step 4
Baste and cook until tender and the garlic is crisp

Garnish with pecorino
