1 ½ cupsflour

1 tspbaking powder

½ tspbaking soda

Spices
cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric black pepper

salt
Dry
fruits, date pieces, raisins

walnuts chopped

chocolate chips
Wet

¼ cupquinoa
washed

2bananas
organic ripe, cut into coins with skin

¼ cupcoconut oil
melted

¼ cupdate syrup
or coconut sugar for less sweet slightly sour

1 Tbspmiso paste
or 2 for saltier bread

Vanilla
Drop

lavender essential oil

Step 1
Cook quinoa according to package directions



Step 2
If adding dry fruits, soak in boiling water for 10 mins

Mix all dry ingredients

Blitz cooked quinoa, banana coins with skin, coconut oil, sweetener, miso paste, vanilla and lavender oil








Step 5
Merge wet mixture with dry and pour into a lined bread loaf


Step 6
Sprinkle poppy seeds, dry coconut flakes, and pistachios



Step 7
Bake in 180C preheated oven for 35-40 mins
