Instructions
Step 1
Blend yoghurt, cottage cheese and honey.
Step 2
Add oats and 1 tsp of coconut to yoghurt mixture and stir together. Refrigerate for 15 minutes (or overnight).
Step 3
Place the oat mixture into a small jar, add banana and half the raspberries, then add the remaining oat mixture. Top with remaining raspberries and coconut to serve.
