I loosely followed the video and didn't measure anything. the measurements below are guesses. No water (cause I used tomato sauce). I blended the gravy with the blender.

Instructions

Marinade

Step 1
Marinade for 8+ hours

Gravy

Step 2
Cook chicken in pan to nearly done, remove and set aside

Cook onions until soft, don't burn the stuff on the pan from the chicken

Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the butter, cream, and cilantro [and mint if you used it]) and bring up heat until bubbling

Turn to low heat add cilantro [and mint] heat for a about 3 mins

Blend and then add back to the pan.
