Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat thoroughly (season to taste). Add jar of sauce and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine ricotta, egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Spoon 1.5 c of prepared meat sauce into 9x13 pan. Top with a layer of uncooked lasagna, then spread with all of ricotta cheese mixture.
Step 4
Spread with 1 c. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 1.5 c. sauce, and remaining lasagna noodles.
Step 5
Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins; uncover and bake 15 mins longer. Cool 15 mins before serving.
