Instructions
Step 1
Weigh all the dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix very well.
Step 2
Weigh the water, coconut oil and sweetener.
Step 3
Add the coconut oil, sweetener and water to the dry mix and combine very well.
Step 4
Mix very well with a spatula until the mix becomes smooth and almost creamy.
Step 5
Spoon the mix into the black muffin tray.
Step 6
Cover with clingfilm.
Step 7
Leave at room temperature overnight to activate the chia and flaxseeds.
Step 8
Bake at 175c for 20-25 minutes.
Step 9
Allow to cool before slicing
