2-ingredient sunflower seed wraps
5 steps
Prep:15minCook:4min
One of my favourite wraps yet. They are gluten-free, plant-based, healthy and easy to make. All you need is sunflower seeds, psyllium husk water and voila. Feel free to add spices for more flavour and wrap with your favourite ingredients.

Instructions
Step 1
To a food processor add the sunflower seeds, psyllium husk and optional spices (such as 1 tsp curry paste/cumin/smoked paprika). Process until fine and flour-like. Be careful not to over-process into a paste/seed butter.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and add 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp water. Mix well until a dough forms.
Step 3
Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll with a rolling pin until 2-3mm thick. Use a cookie cutter or saucepan lid to cut out a circle wrap. The mixture should make 4 - 5 wraps.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium. Cook each wrap for 1-3 minutes on each side until slightly golden. Remove and allow to cool.
Step 5
Add your choice of fillings and enjoy! Store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
