Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, fry up your ground turkey (can use beef, we prefer turkey) peppers, onion and seasonings.
Step 2
Once meat is cooked all the way through drain grease and set aside.
Step 3
Take your rolls and slice the whole package in half so you end up with a top and a bottom. Do not pull them individually apart.
Step 4
Place the bottoms in a pan. And put a layer of the provolone slices on the bread.
Step 5
Scoop your meat mixture onto the bread in the pan.
Step 6
Then add more slices of your provolone cheese on top of the meat.
Step 7
Put the top part of the bread on top. And brush some garlic spread on top.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 350° for 15min.
