Lemon Barbecued Meat Loaves

I use ground beef that's 90% or better so they're not swimming in grease in the pan. If you don't have seasoned salt, use about a teaspoon of salt and whatever other spices you like (pepper, basil, marjoram, oregano are ones I usually use). It says to cover the loaves with sauce but it's nice and thick so just put two spoonfuls on top of each loaf and you're all set.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 6 mini loaves and put them in a 9x13. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Mix up the sauce. Cover loaves with sauce and top each with a lemon slice. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
