Instructions
Step 1
In a large non-reactive pot, heat the oil over medium high heat until the juices have cooked off and the meat is slightly brown. Add the garlic and all the spices. Stir until the pork is completely coated.
Step 2
Add the water and vinegar to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 1-2 hours. Mash or shred the pork, add cilantro and lime juice and serve.
